Colds & upper respiratory infections

Colds are a result of a virus in the upper respiratory tract. Some of the symptoms can include a stuffy nose, sneezing, dry and or sore throat, headache, possible temperature and fatigue. Colds usually average around a 3 to 10 day time frame of sticking around. The most beneficial course of action is to strengthen the immune system prior to try and prevent any further infection and minimize any severity of symptoms when contracting this virus.
